Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space, where the ocean is always beautiful and spotting dolphins, sea lions, stingrays from the deck is a daily occurrence! The interior of the ‘shack’ is beach themed with rustic furniture and an eclectic vibe, designed to showcase beach art and carry the outside feeling inside. The deck is the place to gather for shared meals, board games, cocktail hour or simply enjoying the sea views, at the long table with space for 8! The space Absolute beachfront and north facing with soft white sand and a shallow protected beach, great for kayaking, stand up paddle boarding, swimming and fishing. Featuring a large under cover deck overlooking the sea, with dining table for 8 and BBQ. Step straight down the steps onto the beach. In winter enjoy the slow combustion fire place in the lounge room ( wood supplied) or sit around the fire pit overlooking the ocean ( please supply your own wood). Inside features an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area with 4 bedrooms; 3 double rooms and 1 with bunk beds. There is 1 bathroom with toilet. Guest access The whole house excluding the garage. There is parking on the property for 4 cars. Other things to note Our neighbours on the left have the right to access the beach through an easement on our property. The key to the deck door and back door are in the lock box at the side of the house.
