The apartment is in the small, idyllic place Polchow, within walking distance to the Great Jasmund. In the place is a restaurant and a smokehouse. There in the season a fish barbecue place every Miittwoch and Saturday from 17 clock. Otherwise, the site also offers a small beach area and a children's playground on the waterfront. The apartment is located in a house of the landlord. Good starting point for hiking and cycling on Jasmund. Polchow is a state recognized resort and therefore Kurabgabepflichtig. FW: The apartment is approximately 52 m² in size and has 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 living room with a cozy sitting area, a separate kitchen with coffee maker, refrigerator, ceramic hob and microwave. Equipment: Radio, TV, furniture, bedding incl, shower / WC, parking space, outdoor seating areas.. Non smoking apartment Bed linen once per person inclusive. Please bring your own towels.
