The space Gradisca Home is a charming 75 sqm apartment located in Mondaino, in a beautiful position near the medieval castle, offering a breathtaking panoramic view of the sea and surrounding hills. Designed to comfortably accommodate up to three guests, it combines well-equipped indoor spaces with delightful outdoor areas. The outdoor spaces include a furnished area with sun loungers and a hammock, perfect for relaxing while admiring the surrounding landscape. There is also an outdoor dining area, ideal for enjoying meals surrounded by nature, while the convenient free on-site parking ensures maximum comfort. Inside, the apartment welcomes guests with comfortable spaces suitable for every season, thanks to air conditioning and central heating, as well as Wi-Fi and TV. The functional kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, a complete set of kitchenware, and cleaning products. The sleeping area offers a cozy and well-kept environment with cotton bed linen and a practical wardrobe for storing clothes. The bathroom is fully equipped and includes a hairdryer, shampoo, and shower gel. For families traveling with young children, a cot and high chair are available upon request for an additional fee.
