While some outbuildings are used by the owners, guests can enjoy the outdoor space as their own. Combining traditional charm with modern comforts, the cottage offers a peaceful countryside setting with plenty of space to relax and unwind. Inside, you'll find a cosy sitting room centred around a beautiful fireplace, creating the perfect place to curl up after a day of exploring. The cottage also features a stunning family-sized Neptune kitchen, fully equipped for preparing meals and gathering together. Accommodation comprises two bedrooms: one comfortable double bedroom and one twin room, making the cottage ideal for families or small groups. Outside is where the property truly shines. Guests can enjoy a huge garden with plenty of space for children and dogs to play. There is outside dining furniture to use. Younger visitors will love the climbing frame and rope swing, while adults can relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Beyond the garden, a large field at the rear of the property is available for picnics, games and enjoying the open countryside. This field is also used by the owners of the house but is plenty big enough to share. The cottage is extremely dog-friendly, with plenty of outdoor space and wonderful walks nearby. While some outbuildings are used by the owners, guests will have exclusive use of the cottage and will feel as though they have the outdoor space entirely to themselves. Guest access You have access to half of the entire building which comprises of the two bedrooms, kitchen, living room and bathroom. Parking is through a 5 bar gate and you enter the property via the kitchen. You have access to the garden and field beyond. There are two outbuildings, one of which is a separate air b and b property and one, a barn that the owners use from time to time, but most of the time you won't see anyone. the parking before the 5 bar gate is for the owner only. Other things to note This property is a listed building that is 400 years old! It is full of history and character so please be gentle with it, for example the windows upstairs are quite fragile so be gentle with them. It also has low ceilings and doorways and is on several levels so it would not be suitable for an older person or for very young children. We also have a cat that lives in one of the outbuildings on the property. The cat flap is locked so she cannot come into your space! (unless you want her to!) You may from time to time see the owners using the outbuilding that is the 'barn' and the mini detatched outbuilding is also rented but they access this via the track along the side of the house so it is unlikely that you will see them. They have their own little garden (the orchard) that is next to part of the garden where the climbing frame is. Mostly you will see no one, but just to make you aware!
