It is furnished with care and respect for the Tuscan style: a masonry kitchen, spacious rooms, authentic details, and a simple and welcoming atmosphere. The house consists of a double bedroom, a large living room with two sofa beds, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a very spacious entrance and hallway. It is air-conditioned and also has an outdoor area equipped with a barbecue, table, and deck chairs. A camping cot for children is available upon request. It is perfect for those looking for tranquility, nature, and a convenient starting point for visiting Tuscany. Montelupo Fiorentino station can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot, 900 meters, and it easily connects to Florence, Pisa, Empoli, and Siena via a hub. The location is also ideal for those who love walking, cycling or exploring the surrounding villages and hills. From the village, you can also reach Montelupo Fiorentino on foot with a pleasant walk. The house is suitable for those who want to get away from the noise of the city, cook, be outdoors, and experience a slower and more authentic stay. However, it is not recommended for those with mobility issues, as there is a short walk from the parking lot and two steps inside to access the sleeping area and the bathroom. It is also not ideal for those looking for nightlife, or who never want to use a car. During your stay, you will be welcomed by Ada, who lives in the area and is available for directions, advice, and services upon request. Guest access The house measures about 100 square meters and consists of: - a double bedroom; - a large living room with two sofa beds; - equipped kitchen; - bathroom; - very spacious entrance and corridor; - outdoor area equipped with barbecue, table, deck chairs The kitchen is equipped with complete dishes, a microwave, a small oven, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, and everything you need to prepare meals independently. Oil, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, tea, apple cider vinegar, and balsamic vinegar are also available. In the house, you will also find a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, cleaning products, universal adapters, and other useful accessories to make your stay more comfortable. Other things to note The house is located in a quiet hamlet, immersed in an authentic, hilly setting. We are in the countryside: you may find some insects. The parking lot is not in front of the front door: there are a few meters to walk from the parking lot to the apartment. Inside, there are two steps to access the sleeping area and the bathroom. Quiet hours must be observed from 12:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. You can have friends or relatives over for lunch or dinner, but they cannot stay overnight. In the event of additional guests, you must notify Ada.
