Gîtes du Grand Replomb, Préau – Swimming Pool & Jacuzzi

In the heart of the Belledonne massif in the Alps, at an altitude of 840 m, the Gîtes du Grand Replomb are dedicated to nature and mountain lovers. 15 minutes from the valley where you will find all the local shops, services and cultural and sports areas, you will enter a peaceful place conducive to disconnection. You will be 30 minutes from Grenoble and the 7 Laux ski resort. The outdoor pool is heated in summer and you can enjoy the Nordic bath in any season. The space Located in a separate part of the main building with private access and a small garden, the property can comfortably accommodate up to 9 people in a unique setting. It comprises the Gîte des Artistes, a comfortable apartment for 4 people, and the Préau, an adjoining activity and performance space. The courtyard is a large, warm, and bright room with a stage, a bar, and a mezzanine upstairs, The dormitory on the mezzanine above the stage, accessible via a winding staircase (not suitable for unaccompanied children under 6 years old), has 5 80 x 200 cm beds. The apartment includes a bedroom equipped, according to your request, with either 2 90 x 200 cm beds or one 180 x 200 cm bed (comfortable 25-cm-thick mattress), and a kitchen-living room with a 160 x 200 cm Express sofa bed (firm 18-cm-thick mattress). The kitchen is functional with oven, stovetop, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, … fondue and raclette machine. The bar is equipped with a refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a breakfast nook. The accommodation includes a bathroom with toilet, walk-in shower, sink, and washing machine, as well as a separate shower and a separate toilet. Outside, you will enjoy the garden, the swimming pool (open from May to September), and the Nordic bath (available all year round, but by reservation as it is wood-fired), which you share with your hosts. Other things to note Les Gîtes du Grand Replomb was born out of the idea of creating a mountain accommodation adapted to artistic practices, where families and friends could relax in a pleasant setting. We have set up a theater where we host residences and shows. A 3rd place to stay will be available soon. We have a dog, a 5-year-old Golden Retriever, and two 17-year-old cats.
