Very spacious double room on upper floor of big house. The upper floor is in Airbnb use and house located 5 km from downtown in a peaceful neighborhood. Room equipped with A/C and noiceproof door with lock. Free parking even for a big car. Fast access to highways. The space The A/C equipped main room has 180cm king size bed and a small sofa which can be bedded for a small child. Separate attic room with single bed. Baby cot available. Black-out curtains and mosquito net in window. Sound- and fireproof door can be locked from both sides. Guests have own entrance to upper floor and share kitchenette, TV-/dining room, lobby, 2 toilets and shower with other guests. Kitchenette has micro, coffeemaker, electric kettle, toaster and little fridge. No oven or stove. Coffee and tea are complimentary. Shower and second toilet are in basement. Guest access Parking in the yard or by the street - please leave room for passing by. Please always close gate after you. During your stay We give you privacy but are available when at home or not working. Other things to note Please notice that there is no stove or oven in the kitchenette. We live downstairs and we have a cat and a dog. We have silence during 22-07.
