(A) EcoLand: Wood and Stone Eco House with Pool!

This is a special, bioclimatic, luxury, country-style two-storey house which can be used by families or just couples, for relaxing, quiet environment, green scenery, enjoying a natural pool and getting in contact with pure nature! You can use it as a base for great sightseeing or just relaxing and forget your daily routine! The space The uniqueness of the house is that it is isolated and "nearby" at the same time. You are only 4 Km away from "civilization" (markets, food, beach, cafeterias, taverns, atm) but still inside an olive and pine trees field, completely serene and calm environment. The pool is special as it has bio filters and non chlorine substances inside, so it fits gently in the whole residency. Although we can't provide astonishing sea view, but swimming inside a natural pool, surrounded by olive trees, is a different perception! The house lays on the ground and 1st floor, and there is an apartment beneath, that we also rent in Airbnb.. The house has its own entrance and it is fully equipped and functional. It has 2 bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen and sitting and dining area. The master bedroom on the 1st floor is spacious, full of light, with a big closet and a big bathroom. You can use the hot tub, upon request and with a special fee. On the ground floor, there are the rest of the beds. You can find a separate wc and a bathroom at the pool area too. The whole house has wooden floors, large windows with curtains and include ceiling or ground fans for the hot days of summer. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a gas stove (no oven yet), fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and appliances such as a drip coffee maker and boiler. Towels and sheets are provided. There is also a very fast internet (optical fibers) connection up to 50 Mbps(wifi or with cables) Guest access Guests have access to the pool, to the barbeque, to the outside bathrooms, to the plantation fields and all other amenities. All these are shared with us or with other guests of the other apartment we rent. Most of the time though, we will not be around you, as we respect your need to relax! Other things to note The location of the house is perfect for short daily visits to great places of East Peloponnese, such as the ancient theater of Epidavros. You can visit the theater as a sightseeing or, given the opportunity, to watch the best plays (ancient tragedies) of the season. Apart from the theater, you could also visit Mycenae, Nafplio, Loutraki or Ancient Korinth or even Athens central and get to know more about the modern life in Greece. Registration Details 00000657575
