The sheltered and peaceful plot offers a private beach and a deep-water shore suitable even for larger boats. The rental includes an outboard motorboat, perfect for exploring the surrounding archipelago. The space The cottage is designed in two sections: one side houses the bedroom and sauna, while the other contains the open-plan kitchen/living area and a sleeping loft. Each side is 25 m², connected by a 20 m² covered terrace that is glassed-in at the front. The main living area features large windows facing the sea, offering beautiful views to the east. The boat trip from the car park on the main island of Nagu, takes about 5 minutes, and a small boat with an outboard motor is included in the rental. The property also features a large floating dock and a deep-water shore, making it accessible even for larger boats. The guest harbors of Nauvo, Airisto, and Seili are located nearby. Utilities and Equipment The cottage is powered by an efficient solar power system. There are several power outlets available for charging phones or laptops with standard chargers. The refrigerator, kettle, and well pump are also electric. The stove is gas-operated. The kitchen is fully equipped, and a Weber charcoal grill is available for use. Cold water is supplied from a drilled well to the sauna, where drinking water can also be collected. Washing water is heated in the water tank attached to the sauna stove. There is no shower at the cottage. Dishwater can be heated using the electric kettle in the kitchen. Both the living area and the bedroom are equipped with wood-burning stoves (fireplaces), and the sauna is, of course, wood-heated. The boat dock is shared with a neighboring cottage owned by the same family. The buildings are approximately 100 meters apart with forest in between, ensuring total privacy. The Terrain and Beach The property has its own private beach. The lot is hilly, and the cottage sits several meters above sea level, which further enhances the spectacular views. The area is peaceful with very little boat traffic. A composting dry toilet is located in a separate building. Accommodation and Safety: The cottage sleeps 2 people in the bedroom and 2 on mattresses on the loft. It is ideally suited for couples or families. Please note that due to the hilly and uneven terrain, very young children should not run around the property without adult supervision. The beach is flat and shallow at the water's edge, but drops off steeply about 4 meters from the shoreline. Other things to note - The property features a composting dry toilet - Electricity is provided by solar panels - The stove is gas-operated - The cottage has its own drilled well; cold water is piped to the sauna, where drinking water can also be collected. - Washing water is heated in the water tank attached to the sauna stove - A small motorboat is included in the rental (includes life jackets). - A €200 security deposit for the boat is payable upon arrival; this is refunded when the boat is returned in the same condition. - The boat dock is shared with the neighboring cottage (the neighboring cottage belongs to the same family). - The terrain is hilly/uneven - Bed linens are included in the price (towels are not included).
