Five bedroom, all-season, mountain retreat located in Waterville Valley. This bright and sunny condo, just a short walk from Town Square is the perfect mountain getaway to enjoy with family and friends (parties not allowed) and comfortably sleeps up to 10. There is a private porch with seating. Condo Association rules of no parties or loud events and quiet hours between 10PM and 8 AM must be adhered to. Grills are not allowed on the premises per New Hampshire law. Our condo comfortably sleeps up to 10 and boasts a large sunny living area with wall-to-wall windows, a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials (dishwasher, full sized refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, garbage disposal (switch on wall next to sink), pots and pans, drip style coffee pot with filters provided, utensils, and more), a private back deck, 2 full bathrooms, wood stove (firewood included), bedding, towels, and a washer and dryer in the unit. Cable TV and WiFi is also provided. New 55" TV and new appliances recently installed! Two bedrooms - one with a queen bed and one with a double bed, a bathroom with tub and shower, laundry room and living space are on the first floor of this second story condo. Three bedrooms - two with twin beds and one with bunk beds are on the second floor. A bathroom with a shower is also on the second floor. Walking to the Town Square is easy and only takes 10-minutes. Once there, you can enjoy the restaurants, go skating, shopping, rent cross country skis or bikes or just sit outside and enjoy a beverage while sitting in the sun. Corcoran Pond is available for beach and swimming. Bring your own chairs. In the winter, you can drive to the mountain in minutes. An indoor pool, gym, hot tub and tennis courts are only a 5-minute walk away at the White Mountain Athletic Club ($50 family/day), which also features the Wild Coyote Grill – a great spot for a relaxed, casual dinner. The condo is on the second floor and requires use of a flight of stairs to access. Parking is free and located just outside the condo. At this time Waterville Valley does not offer charging stations for electric vehicles. Smoking is not allowed within 100 feet of the building and must be disposed of properly. You will have the entire condo to yourselves. I am available anytime by phone or through the Airbnb app. In the summer months, (Memorial Day through Labor Day) there is an outdoor pool that can be used during office hours. The Town Square, which is a less than 10 min walk, has a variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment for the entire family. In the winter months, Waterville Valley offers many winter activities such as alpine and nordic skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, winter hiking, tubing, ice skating and more. There is also an indoor pool, hot tub, gym and tennis courts at the White Mountain Athletic Club which is a 5 min walk ($50 per family per day or $17/person). In the summer, there is golf, tennis, hiking, a skate park, paddle boating and swimming on Corcoran's Pond, and swimming at the Village Condo outdoor pool (free and 1 min walk away. Hours are 9-5 and it closes around Labor Day) or at the White Mountain Athletic Club (with an indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts.)Contact the club for fees. Most activities are a short walk or drive. Waterville Valley can be a relaxing get-a-way or an adventurous vacation. Easily walk into town square (10 min walk), the White Mountain Athletic Club (5 min walk), and to the rec center/school (5 min walk) which offers multiple activities (eg Pickleball, basketball, bingo, story time) multiple times a week. Please check for hours and pricing. Waterville Conference Center is also a 5 minute walk. There is plenty of parking at Town Square and a decent amount at the ski mountain (although it does get crowded on weekends so you may have to circle a few times to find a spot). Loon is a 30 min drive. GROCERIES We recommend stopping for groceries before you get to Waterville Valley. There is a small general store (Jugtown Country Store) a 3-minute drive away in Town Square which has all the basics, but very limited and tends to be more expensive than a normal grocery store. Campton Cupboard is 13-minutes away and is larger and more affordable. The closest full grocery store is about 20-minutes away in Plymouth, NH. LENGTH OF STAY: 3-4-night minimum is required for some holiday weekends and during school vacation weeks. MLK weekend, 4th of July and Labor Day weekends require a 3 day minimum.
