Cabin by the Water – View of Blå Jungfrun

Welcome to a cozy and well-equipped cabin on the outskirts of the village of Gunnarsö, just a few steps from the sea. Here, you live in a quiet area close to nature, with a large patio that offers views of the bay and the legendary Blue Maiden. Perfect if you want to enjoy peace and quiet, nature, and proximity to nice swimming spots. The space The cottage is 43 m² and equipped for four people. It consists of a smaller bedroom as well as an open-plan living room/kitchen with a dining area, a sofa bed, and a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with: • Fridge/Freezer • Oven/stove • Built-in dishwasher • Micro wave • Coffee Maker Air heat pump and triple glazing provide a pleasant indoor climate all year round. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, and hot water are included in the rental rate. The water is from the municipal supply and is drinkable. The large patio features outdoor furniture and a charcoal grill – a lovely place for breakfast, dinner, or a quiet evening. 🛌 Sleeps Bedroom: Two beds (80 × 200 cm) that can be used separately or pushed together to form a larger bed. Living room: Sofa bed for two people (80 × 191 cm). Included: Duvets and pillows Please bring your own: Bed linens and towels (can be rented for a fee) 🧴 Consumables included • Hand soap • Dish soap • A few dishwasher tablets • Salt & pepper • Tea • Some coffee 🧹 Cleaning Guest is responsible for cleaning upon checkout. Cleaning materials are available in the cabin. Final cleaning can also be purchased for an additional charge. If you do the cleaning yourself, please do the following: • Vacuum and mop floors • Clean the toilet and bathroom • Take out trash and dispose of it in the blue container outside • Please leave the kitchen clean and with the dishes washed. Please take care of the cabin and let us know if anything gets broken. Guest access The cottage is located on the outskirts of a small village, close to both nature and activities. First Camp Gunnarsö (about 500 meters): • Excellent swimming facilities • Playground • Mini Golf • Canoe and bike rental • Restaurant • Small store Distance: • About 1 km to the nearest grocery store and pizzeria • 5 minutes by car to ferries to Blå Jungfrun, Öland, and Gotland • Approx. 1 hour to Virum's Moose Safari • Just over 1 hour to Astrid Lindgren's World • Approximately 1 hour to Kalmar Castle Other things to note • Parking by the cabin, no charge • We love animals, but because of allergies, they are not allowed in the cottage. • No smoking inside • Laundry room available in the area (booked through First Camp) • Do not turn off the heating or the refrigerator. • Please make sure that windows and doors are locked when you leave.
