Designed for breakfasts, lunches, and light dinners — not heavy hosting. Shower room: Modern, freshly finished; full shower (no bath). Guest access Exclusive use of the entire Coachman's Loft, with its own private entrance, plus access to the walled garden, the sauna, the playhouse and the 68-acre estate grounds. Other estate units may be occupied during your stay unless the full estate is booked. Other things to note House Rules: •Check-in 4:00 PM | Check-out 11:00 AM (flexible by arrangement). •No smoking inside any building. •No parties or events without prior arrangement with the host. •Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM out of respect for other guests on the estate. •Pets considered on request — please ask before booking. •Children welcome and the grounds are wonderful for them — adult supervision required, especially around the pond and grounds. •Please treat the estate with care; it has been lovingly restored over many years. •Studio layout: not suited to two unrelated couples seeking strong privacy from each other.
