From this studio in the heart of the village, you'll experience the Riviera Maya like a local, with easy access to cenotes, Xcacel, Akumal, Tulum, and Playa del Carmen. Your local Riviera Maya experience starts here. The space This studio is strategically located at the back of the property, guaranteeing an extra level of privacy, isolation, and quiet during your stay. It is an exclusive and highly comfortable retreat, designed for you to fully disconnect after a day of exploring the Riviera Maya. Your private space: The studio is completely independent. You have your own private entrance, a spacious King-size bed, a full private bathroom, a Smart TV, and everything you need to rest and relax without interruptions. Shared areas and amenities: At the front of the property is the main house, which also hosts guests. To enhance your experience, you will have free access to the following common outdoor areas: Front terrace & BBQ grill: If you ever feel like staying in and having a cookout, you are free to use the bar and grill located at the front of the property. Laundry area: A practical space at your disposal in case you need to wash your beachwear or personal clothes. Parking: We have one parking spot inside the property, which is available on a first-come, first-served basis (shared with the front house). If you find it occupied, don't worry: the street outside is extremely quiet and perfectly safe to park your car. Guest access We'll personally welcome you upon arrival, hand over the keys, show you around the studio, and share our favorite recommendations for Chemuyil and the surrounding area. After check-in, you'll be free to come and go as you please throughout your stay. During your stay We want you to enjoy your stay with complete peace of mind. If we're on the property, we're always happy to chat and assist you in person. Otherwise, we'll be just a message away through the Airbnb app and will respond as quickly as possible if you have any questions or need assistance.
