Cozy 1-bed en-suite cottage in St Agnes, just 5 mins from the village and 25 mins to the beach. Thick stone walls keep it beautifully cool in summer, and there's an enclosed garden perfect for dogs. Inside, there's a woodburner and underfloor heating with ample on road parking outside the cottage The space I’m renting out my cottage for a relaxing cornish break. Inside, you'll find a comfortable double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Even in the middle of summer, the cottage's traditional thick stone walls keep the place beautifully cool and comfortable. For any cooler evenings, there is underfloor heating and a cozy woodfire stove in the living room. There is a desk with a monitor and a downstairs table for those need to work. Outside, you’ll have full use of a private, fully enclosed front garden. Well-behaved dogs are more than welcome to stay, and the secure garden makes it nice and easy if you are bringing a four-legged friend along. You will have the entire place to yourself. Other things to note The location is brilliant. You are just a quick five-minute stroll from the centre of St Agnes village, which has some fantastic local pubs, cafes, and shops. When you want to head to the water, the beach and the dramatic coast path are a scenic 20-minute walk away.
