The Pink House is located in a central residential location and is within easy access of the railway station, Beach and the local High Street. The house offers comfortable accommodation comprising of 3 Bedrooms - one ideally suited to Children with use of Bunk Beds. There is a downstairs Walk in shower/WC for easy access, modern fitted kitchen and, sep WC, dining room, conservatory and enclosed rear garden. A sofa bed is available (only suitable for short breaks) extra linen charge will apply. The space There is a separate dining room which leads to a small conservatory and sliding doors to the garden area. The Lounge has 2 x 3 seater settees (one of which is a sofa bed ) extra linen charge will apply ) with a TV and DVD Other things to note Please note there is no off street parking but parking on the road is unrestricted, however, we do point out that the road is very busy and a parking space cannot be guaranteed. We ask guests to be mindful of other home owners when parking close to the house especially if you have more than 1 vehicle. We ask you to park any additional vehicles in neighbouring roads .
