Spacious house (200 sqm, 4 bedrooms) with a large garden (1000 sqm), bordered by huge oaks. Ideal for boulder climbers, hikers, and nature lovers. The house is located in a small, quiet hamlet on the edge of the Forest of Fontainebleau. Absolute peace and quiet... 1 hour from Paris! Available: 4 bikes and 2 crash pads. Note: There are no shops in the village. Small grocery store 4 km away, supermarkets 10 km away. The space On the ground floor, past the entrance, you will find a large, very bright living-dining room, a real kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a toilet. Upstairs, there are three very quiet bedrooms (two very large and one smaller), a play, reading and DVD-watching area, as well as a shower room with a toilet. There is an umbrella bed and a baby chair. We also lend 2 crash pads for climbers (bouldering). The house has Wi-Fi (1 MB). However, there is no television (except for playing DVDs). Telephone or data networks are working. Readers welcome: hundreds of books and comics await you... Guest access Multiple walks are available to walkers and hikers. The climbing sites are very close (5 minutes from the Forêt des Trois Pignons and the Mer de Sable), and mountain bike and hybrid bike trails start right outside the house. For climbing pros (bouldering), 500 m from the house stands the mysterious "Elephunk" boulder (8B)! (Not to be confused with the "Eléphant" rock, which is 10 minutes from the house).
