The house can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests and is arranged as follows: • Main bedroom with a queen-size double bed. • Second bedroom with a queen-size double bed. • Third bedroom with a single bed. The main bathroom is located on the first floor and features a spacious shower. On the ground floor, there is also an additional toilet next to the kitchen. The living area is arranged around a cosy lounge with Smart TV and a kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and dining space for up to six people. On the top floor, there is a private terrace of approximately 20 m² with open views over Caldes de Malavella. It is a pleasant space for breakfast, reading or enjoying the peaceful atmosphere of the town. The property includes a washing machine and a dryer. It currently does not have air conditioning, wifi, or a permanent heating system, although fans are provided for the warmer months. The house is just a few minutes’ walk from Balneari Prats and Vichy Catalan, and is an excellent base for discovering Girona, the Costa Brava or the facilities of Camiral Golf & Wellness. Check-in is self-service via a key box. Free parking is available a few minutes from the property, and it is possible to stop briefly in front of the house to unload luggage.
