Cosy and modern Presov home

Newly renovated house in wider center of Presov with all amenities. The historical town centre is easy 25 minutes walk on a straight road. Alternatively, bolt/taxi is a 5-minute drive (3.00€). Our home is situated in a lovely area surrounded by beautiful woodlands, hills and lovely walks. The space is designed for relaxation, we have a beautiful balcony and a very comfortable living area. Our house is open and light - staying cool in the summer and cosy in the winter. Not a party place. The space The house is 80 m2 and the convenient location of the house is perfect for day trips. Our balcony is the best place for morning coffee and evening cocktail time during summer months. We have a lovely front garden with parking for two cars. There's also a roofed workout area at the back of the house The living room has a satellite TV, Netflix and a working fireplace (firewood is provided upon request during winter time). Our well-equipped kitchen is a great alternative to going to the restaurants. Fully fitted with an electric stove, oven, microwave, toaster and stocked with coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil, spices and a wide range of pots and pans and anything else you can think of. You can also count on an unlimited supply of high-quality coffee beans for the fully automated coffee machine. Whether you are looking for a city break or a more exploratory holiday with easy access to Eastern Slovakia, our house offers clean and comfortable stay. Guest access The access to the house is not wheelchair friendly. There are steps down to the garden and up to the house. Other things to note Our regular rates apply for two guests occupying the double room - any additional guests will incur a charge of 25 euros/guest per night. Absolutely no parties allowed and noise kept to minimum after 10 pm. It’s a quiet neighbourhood. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Pets are not allowed inside the house.
