Relax with the whole family in this peaceful beachside accommodation. The boat channel runs close to the property. You will have access to a simple cabin with 2 bedrooms and a cabin kitchen with a fireplace. + another house with a private, large wood-fired sauna and a living room right by the sea. Private dock. Private rowboat that you can easily use to get to the mainland. Electricity and a well with a hand pump are available outdoors. It's also a good place to come with your own boat. Parking is available for one car. The space The cottage has 2 bedrooms, kitchen, dining table, refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, fireplace, small terrace, outdoor dishwashing facilities, hand pump in the yard with drinking water from a well, and an outdoor toilet. Lake view. Bring your own sheets! Available for rent for an additional fee. In the other house, there is a sauna building by the jetty. Large sauna with a large room with a sofa, kitchen table, sink, a small stove for heating and an electric heater. It is also possible to spend the night in the sauna cabin. Terrace with lake view. Swimming opportunity by the beach. Our own dock. We also welcome you to come with your own boat. The cottage should be left in the same condition as when you received it. Extra fee if cleaning is requested: €70. Guest access Guests can use both houses. In one of them, there is a sauna with a large room that also has its own fireplace. The sauna oven and stove must be emptied of ash before the guest goes home. Leave the ash in the designated bucket; it must not be thrown out if there is a risk that there are still embers that could cause a ground fire. Leave the sauna with water in the hot water tank in the same condition as upon arrival. The garbage is taken ashore. All this is to ensure that all guests enjoy their stay. If you want cleaning, there will be an additional fee of €50. Other things to note There is 1 parking space by our beach. We'll drive you to the cottage when you arrive. At the accommodation, there is a rowboat that you can easily take to the mainland. From the parking space, it is 1.5 km to Kyrkbyn, where there is a K-Mart, post office, restaurant, etc. There is also a boat with an outboard motor for rent.
