Relax in the peaceful Lipizzaner homeland (20 min to Graz)! Our newly renovated house offers peace and quiet, a fantastic view and a fenced garden. With 2 bedrooms & a large basement room (ping-pong). ⚠️ Things to Note: Cats: 2 cats live in the house (they are fed via the garden access to the basement). Wellness: Outdoor jacuzzi & infrared sauna can be booked optionally for €50/stay each (not included in the base price). A dream for peace seekers! The space The house – Exclusive comfort for your group You will rent the ground floor and the basement of the house for your absolutely exclusive use. The first floor remains locked and is not rented out – which means 100% privacy for you. No other guests, no distractions. The centerpiece of the interior is the huge, fully equipped kitchen, which invites you to cook together. Two separate, walk-in, cozy bedrooms and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room ensure a restful night's sleep as standard. On request, we can also provide a third bedroom for you. After a long walk, you can relax perfectly and recharge your batteries in our in-house infrared sauna. The Garden & the Wellness Highlight (Optional) Outside, a beautiful, fully fenced garden awaits you – ideal for families, so the kids can play carefree. The absolute highlight is our luxurious outdoor jacuzzi for up to 8 people. Imagine relaxing in the evening in the pleasantly warm water under the Styrian starry sky, while there is absolute silence around you. (Note: Since sustainability and perfect water quality are important to us, the jacuzzi can be booked optionally for a one-time surcharge of €50 per stay). The basement – your private leisure area Another highlight awaits you in the basement: a huge party room equipped with a ping-pong table for exciting matches, a private bar, and a beverage cooler for refreshing drinks. Perfect for enjoying convivial evenings regardless of the weather! Mild summer evenings can also be wonderfully enjoyed at the barbecue area in the garden with a glass of Styrian wine. Location Our house is located in a quiet, elevated side street in Voitsberg. You enjoy absolute seclusion here and yet you can be in the city center in a few minutes. The region invites you to go on long hikes – the Nova thermal baths in Köflach and the state capital Graz (20 minutes away) are also within easy reach.
