The space Amenities Ferienhaus Seepark Our holiday home Seepark in the lake park Eiken near a swimming lake is ideally suited for your holiday in Emsland. The cottage is located about 50 meters from the lake in the style of a family house (built in 2016), has 92 m2 on two floors and can accommodate up to 6 people. The living rooms and bedrooms, the bathrooms and the house utility room are equipped with electrically operated roller shutters. The ground floor: The centerpiece of the house close to the swimming lake is the living room with an open, modern kitchen as well as a spacious dining area. A small bathroom with shower and toilet, utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and the hallway with wardrobe complete the comfort for your vacation. Under the tiled floor surfaces of the cottage there is a floor heating, which in addition to the existing heating also provides cozy warmth during a winter vacation in Emsland. Large windows leave a lot of light in these rooms. The upper floor: Upstairs of the cottage there is a bedroom with double bed 180 x 200 cm, a bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm - combinable as a double bed) and a bedroom with two separate single beds (90 x 200 cm) for your holidays. Each bedroom is equipped with a closet or a dresser. For infants, a cot and high chair are available during your holiday. A bathroom with shower, toilet and large bathtub are also available. The outdoor area: Take a holiday in Germany in our cottage with a fenced garden close to the swimming lake. The associated south and west facing terrace will be equipped with garden furniture in spring 2017. Furthermore, our vacation home includes two car parking spaces. An equipment house that can be used to store bicycles is also built in spring 2017. Please note that the cottage Seepark is a non-smoking house! Free wifi is available to our guests during their vacation in beautiful Emsland.
