The entire spacious upper floor is reserved for guests, offering comfort and privacy. We live on the ground floor. The space The entire upper (1st) floor of our family home is exclusively reserved for guests, ensuring privacy and comfort throughout your stay. Guests have a separate private entrance, allowing them to come and go independently while enjoying the warmth and security of a family-run home. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire guest area, ensuring seamless connectivity for work, video calls, streaming, and everyday browsing. 🛏️ Bedroom 1 A comfortable bedroom featuring a double bed, spacious cupboard, dressing table, and an attached private bathroom. 🛏️ Bedroom 2 A bright and functional bedroom with a double bed, dedicated workspace/study table, cupboard, and an attached private bathroom—ideal for remote workers. 🛋️ Living Room The shared living area offers comfortable seating, a smart TV, and direct access to a large open balcony where guests can relax with a cup of tea, enjoy fresh air, or unwind after a day of exploring. A washing machine is also available for guests, making longer stays more convenient and comfortable. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the terrace. On clear days, you can catch distant views of the Kumaon hills and mountains, adding to the calm and relaxing atmosphere of the home. 🍽️ Kitchen Guests have access to a well-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, induction cooktop, essential utensils, and a water purifier for added convenience during their stay. Parking There is a parking for one vehicle only. Whether you’re travelling with family, working remotely from the hills, planning an extended stay, or using Haldwani as a base to explore Kumaon, the space is designed to offer a comfortable, peaceful, and homely experience. Guest access Access to the guest accommodation requires climbing a flight of stairs, as the space is located entirely on the first floor. There is no elevator. Guests are expected to furnish IDs of all accompanying members. We do not accept LOCAL IDs. During your stay Our family lives on the ground floor and is available if needed, while fully respecting guests’ privacy and independence throughout their stay.
