A REMINDER — we live here too with our 5 lb., four-legged baby (Chaser). He is never crated and freely roams the house, but he is kept out of guest rooms. That said, many guests fall in love with him and invite him in when we're not around! 🏡 A Few Things to Know This is a home-based business — not a private hotel. Because we live here and may host multiple guests we try to manage the A/C and try now to turn it below 74°F or the heat above 72°F to meet individual preferences. Each room has a fan. We keep the home quite comfortable but because each of us are different please us know how we can make YOU more comfortable While check-in is typically in the afternoon, we can be flexible. Just communicate your preferred check-in time, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. 🧼 Cleanliness & Allergies We clean the bathrooms, kitchen, and linens with bleach and Lysol, usually on the day of your arrival. 👉 If you’re allergic or sensitive to these products, this may not be the best fit for you. This is also the designated smoking area. So, please don’t be shy while you are here. HOWEVER; if you plan on cooking, we ask that you please do not fry fish/seafood inside. Private Bathroom: You’ll enjoy your own clean, private bathroom. Quiet Hours: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Let’s keep it peaceful for everyone. No Parties / Visitors / Overnight Guests unless pre-approved. Not suitable for children, but teens are welcome. No illegal activity, including internet use or drugs, anywhere on the property. Report Damage: Please notify me immediately of any breakage so we can arrange a repair or replacement. No food left out — it helps keep pests away. Smoking is allowed in designated areas - back porch or backyard Please do not discard cigarette butts in indoor trash cans. ❄️ Comfort & Climate The home is kept between 75°F–79°F, which works well for most guests. Every room has a fan tho. I cannot accommodate requests for temperatures below 70°F or above 79°F. 🍽️ Kitchen & Common Areas You have FULL ACCESS to all common areas, including: Living room Dining area Kitchen (please clean after use) Do not brush teeth or wash hair in the kitchen sink. For photoshoot bookings, you’ll also have access to all three bedrooms featured in the listing. 🧼 Cleanliness & Care Your linens and towels are provided and extras are readily available — please don’t wash them yourself. Bathroom items are for your use — but kindly avoid using décor towels. Please use the toilet brush as needed between cleanings. Use coasters to protect surfaces.
