The space The accommodation consists of a fully equipped kitchen with balcony, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a storage area, as well as a well-equipped living room with internet and TV, opening onto an outdoor balcony. Underground parking is also included. Guest access You have full access to the garden, as well as to two swimming pools: one for adults and one for children. IMPORTANT: According to the house rules of the co-op board, established to ensure the comfort of all residents as well as the cleanliness of the premises: 1) Access to the swimming pools is exclusively reserved for the tenants of the apartment. 2) Showering before swimming is mandatory. Two showers are available in the garden. 3) It is strictly forbidden to swim in street clothes. Please wear appropriate swimwear. 4) Outside guests are welcome in the apartment, but unfortunately they are not allowed to access the pools.
