The optical courtyard

Off the beaten path with flora and fauna on you and you! Arrive, relax, breathe. Welcome to Weiler 1, the optical courtyard. The space The house is large and designed for 14 & X guests (request). We don't mix guest groups! My mother Rosa, the soul of the house, lives in the house permanently. She celebrates the guest business, keeps you young. I live outside the yard in my construction cars and am always there when needed. To the house: The optical courtyard is subject to constant change; rooms, beds, the outdoor area ... The photos are snapshots - be surprised, it's worth it! On the ground floor of the old farmhouse are the large American eat-in kitchen (fully equipped) with fireplace, dining table and storage space for food. The large kitchen can only be heated with the wood-burning stove - 'romantic work’ awaits the guest: getting wood!)) The rest of the house has central heating. The private bathroom, kitchen and office are also on the ground floor. On the first floor there is a walk-through room with two double beds (room 5), followed by a double bed room with door (room 4), the large guest bathroom with shower, separate bathtub and toilet as well as other private rooms and a toilet for everyone. On the second floor there are three double bedrooms (room 1/2/3). These are not walk-through rooms. A small bathroom with a toilet and sink as well as the hallway with beer set and sofa complete the second floor. One of the double bedrooms (room 1) has two more single beds in the two sloping roofs and a boller oven (the room is very popular with families with up to three larger children. Three because another mattress, without a slatted base, can be provided in one sloping roof). A small vaulted cellar with a constant temperature all year round (good for storing and cooling drinks) is also available. About the house itself: It's 100 years young and beautifully aged. It has not been uniformly renovated in any decade. It has laughter lines and character. It mastered accidents and crises. All this can be seen and should be seen because it reflects real life in our eyes. Guest access Check in - time is between 10am and 5pm. Exemptions require timely notice. Otherwise, guests will have access to the house for 24 hours. During your stay There is always a responsible contact person on site (we speak English). The sheep running freely by arrangement alone make this absolutely necessary. Also a boller oven wants to be understood.- We have already experienced the wildest things. A lot is possible on the farmyard: Campfires and barbecues are available 24/7: We can order wood, costs what it costs. You can collect wood in the forest. Doesn't cost anything and is approved by the forester. Or you ask me. If I have time, we can provide wood with a chainsaw and hanger. Cost what it's worth to you. Bringing coal or wood is also an option. Baking in the bakery needs instructions and costs the wood it needs. Please request in advance. Other things to note The courtyard is ideal for parties of all kinds, weddings, seminars, exam meetings, meetings and team-building measures. The farm is on the far side ( by road from the place, 5 homesteads, separated ). Effect: You feel alone with yourself and nature.
