The space This architecturally designed waterfront home is spread across three split levels plus a private studio, thoughtfully positioned to maximise natural light, Pittwater views, and seamless indoor-outdoor living. The main living level forms the heart of the home, featuring an open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area that flows onto a large covered balcony overlooking the water. Designed for relaxed coastal living, the space is ideal for long lunches, sunset dinners, and group entertaining, with a fully equipped kitchen, BBQ, coffee machine, and comfortable indoor-outdoor flow. A fireplace provides warmth during cooler months, while air conditioning ensures year-round comfort. Upstairs, additional lounge and retreat spaces offer a second living area with TV, providing flexibility for families or groups to unwind separately while still enjoying the views. Bedrooms across the home are designed for comfort and flexibility, catering to couples, families, and larger groups. The separate studio provides added privacy, complete with sleeping space, bathroom, and essential amenities - ideal for extended family, guests, or those seeking their own private retreat within the property. You can arrive via ferry from Palm Beach, or private boat. From the wharf, it is a short and peaceful bush track walk to the property. An inclinator is also available for easier access between levels. We are happy to assist with providing arrival guidance prior to check-in. The property operates self check-in via a secure lockbox. One set of keys is provided per booking. Other things to note Coasters Retreat is a unique, car-free waterfront community with no roads, shops, or direct vehicle access. Guests should plan to bring all essential supplies for their stay. All properties are in residential areas with strict noise rules. Noise outside between 10 PM and 8 AM, parties, or large gatherings are prohibited. Violations may lead to eviction, bond forfeiture, and extra charges Complimentary WiFi is provided; however, as this is a remote waterfront location, speed and reliability may vary and cannot be guaranteed. AirKeeper will provide troubleshooting assistance where possible but cannot be held liable for reception or signal issues beyond our control. Guests receive a full set of bed linen and one bath towel and beach towels. Extra towels or linen can be requested 7 days prior, possibly with a charge. A basic bathroom and kitchen starter pack is supplied, but guests should bring additional items as needed for their stay. Guests are welcome to use on-site BBQs where provided. All safety guidelines must be followed, including supervising children and ensuring the BBQ is turned off after use.
