Front yard with dining set to enjoy the outdoors. Across from the Rio Sands Hotel. Open floor plan w/open kitchen concept. Wi-Fi included. Two bedrooms and 1 bathroom/shower located on 2nd floor up a flight of stairs. Amenities : Washer/dryer, dishwasher, stove, and refrigerator. 2 car private parking available in the back of the house. The space Spacious sun filled bedrooms with closets. Master bedroom with king size bed has a small balcony with seating , perfect for morning coffee in a private space. Second bedroom has two extra long twin beds. Bathroom is located upstairs by the bedrooms and has walk in shower with glass doors. Other things to note Our house is not beachfront but it’s 2 minutes walk ( 2 short blocks ) to Rio Del Mar beach.
