Enjoy a spacious & comfortable home in the countryside - whether you are working and need a quiet place to work or passing through Preston, we offer a friendly, quiet home for your stay which is perfectly situated - 5 minutes to the M6, Junction 31A:45 minutes to the Lake District and Manchester. The space A spacious en-suite double room within your property, featuring a super-king bed and generous fitted wardrobe with hanging space and drawers. Guests also enjoy access to a second lounge, plus a modern desk and chair - ideal for work or longer stays. Please note the property is an older house and does not have step-free or wheelchair access. Two further double bedrooms are available for partners or family members and a 2nd bathroom/shower room with toilet for exclusive use. We do not offer the kitchen as part of the stay for cooking however you’re welcome to make a brew. There is Haighton Manor and The Plough both close by who offer great food and hospitality and around a 5 minute car journey. Guest access Guests have access to their bedroom(s) and 2nd lounge. No access to main lounge, master bedroom and bathroom, dining room and kitchen. During your stay We’re around most days if you need anything to make your stay more enjoyable or need tips on the local area. If you’re here for a quiet time, our home is big enough to accommodate your privacy and if you feel like a bit of company, give us a knock - we are normally chilling in the main lounge. Other things to note Our home has recently been upgraded and has many new features we hope you enjoy. We ask you enjoy your time with us and respect ours and our guests privacy and quiet hours (before 7am and after 10pm). Thank you.
