A large, luxurious modern studio apartment, sleeping up to 3. Set in a large private garden with heated indoor/outdoor pool (pool open May-September inc only). Off-road secure private parking; 5 minutes drive to Redhill station and 30 mins train to central London. Gatwick is 15 mins drive as are the M25 and the local amenities of Redhill/Reigate and Oxted. The traditional local village pub is 2 mins walk. Other pub/restaurants are about 20 mins walk. The space This location is ideal for links to London and the South East. In addition, local amenities include water sports, mountain biking, Surrey Hills, cycling, aerodromes and traditional Surrey villages. The numerous tourist attractions of central London plus others, e.g. Windsor, Hampton Court and Thorpe Park, are all less than 1 hr away. Wimbledon, Ascot, Henley, Lords, Wembley, Twickenham, many famous sports stadiums and entertainment venues, are within easy reach; about 1 hr by car (in good traffic) or public transport (5 mins drive). Guest access The apartment is stand alone in the large lower garden. You have independent private access to the apartment. The lower garden is available for use, as is the large pool. The pool enclosure is fully retractable to create an outdoor pool when weather permits. In those days that it is sunny but "cool" the enclosure creates a 25 deg+ indoor environment. Note: The pool is shared access with householder as standard, but is available for private exclusive use when requested for additional fee. The pool and lower garden can be provided as sole private access for for you and your booked guests (only) for an additional charge of £150 per day. NOTE: THE POOL IS SHUT FROM 1ST OCTOBER TO 30TH APRIL INCLUSIVE. Other things to note You can book exclusive sole private pool access for you and your booked guests only, for £150 extra per day. Note: The pool is shut from 1st October to 30th April inclusive. Early check-in and/or late check out are available at a fee of £20 per hour ahead of standard check-in and/or after standard checkout time. Standard checkin time is 2 pm and checkout time is 12 pm.
