Guest access You have access to all rooms in the house as well as outside areas. access on arrival is via the front door. The key will be in a locked box and the code provided on the day of arrival. Other things to note Our home means a great deal to us, and we hope you’ll enjoy it as much as we have. We kindly ask all guests to treat the space with respect and be mindful of our lovely neighbours. Strictly No big/loud parties No smoking or vaping in the property No using the fire No using candles (battery ones are provided) No eating on the sofa Stays only to include guests listed stays to not extend after booking days unless requested and granted (the property is not available for tenancy let's. This property is for short, holiday stays and business visits only) * Missing keys - 75 pound per key. * Damages - varies depending on cost of repair/replace. * Extra cleaning fees - A cleaning fee is included in your booking. this is based on guests putting their rubbish in the bins (inside bin is fine), washing and putting away dishes, keeping air fryer/ over / microwave etc clean after use, wiping down kitchen surfaces, no stains on furniture. * Extra fee for missing bin days (Blue and Green bin days alternate fortnightly, you will be notified what colour is due :). Missed bins will be charged at £20 per bin missed per rotation.
