Garden Room, own entrance with log summer house.

Bedroom in our bungalow but closed off with your own private entrance via French doors looking onto the garden. Its 2 mins from public transport. There is a food pub, chinese takeaway, supermarket and fish and chip shop within walking distance. Tv, fridge and kettle with tea, coffee and fresh milk provided. Room is Ensuite with large shower, Log summer house also with tv and sofa. NO dogs as we have free roam rabbits on site. No Smoking at all. NOTE charged guest fees are Airbnbs not ours. The space Bedroom in our Bungalow seperated off from us with your own en-suite. You also have private use of Log summer house that has tea and coffee, kettle, fridge and microwave. Garden area with chairs and table. you have your own space. We do come and shut the buns in at night but its at the side of your garden. Rabbits free roam in the garden but are very tame, treats are supplied. No smoking on the premises. Unsuitable for children as we have no cot facilities or room for extra bed. Sorry but we will not take any dogs at all whether pets or assistance dogs as we have free roam rabbits so please do not turn up with a dog. We are allowed to refuse as cleared with Airbnb. The log room gets the sun at the end of the day for relaxation in the provided reclining chairs. We leave our guests to enjoy the space but feel free to come and chat if you want company. Please note, we do not charge extra like some for cleaning as we take pride in doing it ourselves. The 'guest fee' added when booking is the fee charged by AIRBNB not us! I think its wrong they call it that. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or requirements you have and we will do our best to accommodate. Smoking/vaping is not allowed at all on the premises for insurance purposes. Guest access The bedroom is closed off from the rest of the house via a locked door. There is a log summerhouse that has a large comfy sofa with a tv for your use, also tea/coffee making facilities, fridge and microwave. Unfortunately there are no other cooking facilities. The bedroom also has a tv. During your stay On site most of the day and evenings but we don't interfere with your stay, we only come into your garden area to let the buns out in the morning and put them away at night. Its only at the bottom of the garden so wont invade your privacy. Other things to note There is off-road parking available on the property for one car. Sorry but due to Insurance acceptance we do not allow any smoking anywhere on our premises, whether vape or cigarettes. No Dogs means no dogs, please do not arrive with a dog, sorry but our rabbits are free roam. Only stating this as one guest said I cant refuse their dog, yes I can and I will as agreed with Airbnb.
