Escape to our cosy countryside cottage with stunning lochs nearby and rural views. Sleeping up to four, the cottage offers two comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, and a welcoming living room with a biomass boiler. Private parking, peaceful loch‑side and riverside walks, and nearby fishing. Lochmaben is close with bowling, tennis, golf, shops and a much‑loved bakery. Lockerbie railway station is just 10 minutes away, ideal for easy travel and day trips. Electric car charger available. The space To the right of the lit front door, you’ll find a convenient key safe for easy self check-in. Entering the property, you step into a hallway leading to the horse-themed bedroom at the far end, complete with a chair, footrest, and mirror for added comfort. The Highland cow-themed bedroom offers plenty of storage, along with thoughtful extras including a cot for little ones, an ironing board and iron, and a hairdryer. Further along the hallway is the fully equipped kitchen, featuring everything you might need during your stay, including a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven with hob, microwave, and fridge freezer. Opposite the kitchen is the bathroom, fitted with both a bath and shower. At the end of the house, you’ll find the cosy living room and dining area. Relax on the large, comfortable sofa and enjoy the TV, or unwind beside the Biomass boiler, where you can watch the wood pellets gently burning, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire property. Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. There is plenty of parking available directly in front of the house for several vehicles, with all parking areas monitored by security cameras and well-lit for safety. Other things to note If there’s anything you need during your stay, we’re just a phone call away or right across the yard—please don’t hesitate to ask. For longer stays, we may need to pop in briefly to top up the boiler with pellets, but we’ll arrange a convenient time with you.
