Charming country house in the heart of the Perche

Come and recharge your batteries in the heart of the Perche, in a charming, cozy, and comfortable country house. You will enjoy two bedrooms and a pleasant enclosed garden with trees, a beautiful terrace and unobstructed views of the countryside. Peace and nature will be there! The house is located in a charming little hamlet, just outside the village of Boursay, where you can taste local products at the Café Brocante and discover the Chemin des Trognes, a natural heritage site of the Perche. The space On the ground floor, the house consists of a living room with a furnished and equipped open-plan kitchen, a dining and living area, and a bathroom with toilet. Upstairs is a pleasant landing bedroom with a double bed (190x200) and a single bed, then a second adjoining bedroom with a double bed (190x200) and a single bed. Bed and bath linen are provided. The beds will be made upon your arrival. Other things to note You can visit the small town of Mondoubleau, about 10 minutes away by car, to discover the Percheron market on Saturday mornings and take advantage of all the shops (supermarkets, pharmacy, etc.)
