The space The studio is a self-contained annexe attached to our home, with its own private entrance, private patio and no shared internal spaces. You have the whole space to yourselves. Inside, it's open-plan with clearly defined zones: a comfortable king size bed by the bay window, a four-seat dining table, a relaxed lounge area with sofa and smart TV, and a well-equipped kitchenette along the feature slatted wall. The kitchenette includes a Nespresso-style coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, air fryer and mini fridge, plus crockery, glassware and utensils for four. There's no hob or oven — this is designed for breakfasts, light lunches and simple evening meals, with plenty of excellent pubs, restaurants and takeaways nearby for dinner. The modern en-suite has a large walk-in shower, basin and WC. There's also a dedicated workspace with natural light — ideal for anyone working during their stay. Step through the French doors to your own private patio with bistro table and chairs — perfect for morning coffee, al fresco lunch or an evening glass of wine. Guest access You'll have the entire studio annexe to yourselves, including the private patio and off-street parking. The annexe has its own dedicated entrance — there's no need to come through the main house at any point during your stay. We live in the adjoining bungalow with our children and our pet dogs, so while the annexe is fully self-contained and private, please be mindful of noise levels late at night and early morning, especially on the patio. I'm usually around and happy to help if anything comes up during your stay, but equally I'll give you complete privacy to enjoy the space. Just message me on Airbnb and I'll respond as quickly as I can. Other things to note The annexe is heated, has hot water and cooking appliances all run on electric. Heating controls are clearly labelled inside. There's no full kitchen — cooking is limited to microwave, air fryer, toaster and coffee machine. Perfect for breakfasts, light meals and evening drinks. There are excellent pubs, takeaways and a Co-Op within a 5-minute drive or short walk for anything more substantial. We're on a quiet residential street but still a working village, so you may occasionally hear normal daytime neighbourhood sounds. The annexe is well insulated and very peaceful at night. The shared driveway has space for two cars directly in front of the annexe. Additional on-street parking is available nearby if needed. We have a friendly family dog in the main house. They don't enter the annexe and you won't be sharing any internal space, but guests with severe allergies should be aware. Please note this is a non-smoking property.
