Stunning Lakeside Shepherd's Hut - Hot Tub & Sauna

A stunning shepherd's hut in a beautiful lakeside location. Set at the back of a working farm & equestrian centre the hut is well-appointed with modern decor. Visitors will have the use of the hut, stunning firepit & BBQ. A beautiful private wood-fired hot tub is attached for your exclusive use. There is also a sauna a few steps away. The lake is well fenced, secure & very private. Visitors are welcome to fish in the very well-stocked specimen Carp lake, with multiple fish approaching 40lb. The space The hut is set alongside a 2-acre carp lake, dug in 2018. Stocked with around 60 hand-selected mirrors and commons up to 38lb, which are growing fast! The current estimate is that 1/4 of stock is over 30lb, The fishing is not easy by any means, but the results are worthwhile! Access to the site is via the main yard, which houses a farm, equestrian facilities and some commercial premises, including the owner's other interest The Firepit Company. The lake site is secluded from the hustle and bustle of the main farm and is set amongst the horse paddocks. There are just three shepherd's huts on site, making this very exclusive. Each hut enjoys a private terrace at the front, a stunning firepit and a barbecue. Each has a private hot tub and there is a sauna cabin centrally located. Guest access This is a self-contained unit to which you will have full access. It is set on a private lake used only by the owners and guests of the three huts.
