We are in a prime location, perfect for those looking for a breathtaking view from above and the pleasant coolness of the hill, far from the heat. The village with all services is only 5 minutes away by comfortable road. To go back to the property after a day at the beach, on the other hand, the last 10 minutes of the road are a little winding, typical of our beautiful Sicilian coastline. However, we want to reassure you: the road is safe, paved and easy, with a wide road that allows the passage in both directions. Once you arrive, the beauty of the view and the hill breeze will make you forget every curve. A car is essential. The house is powered by solar panels, equipped with thermal and acoustic insulation. The construction is anti-seismic. At the time of check-in, the accommodation tax of €1 per person per night will be required in cash (excluding children under the age of 14).
