Free parking is immedaitely adjacent to the building. There is a working wood fireplace, on site clubhouse containing pool, hottub, sauna, laundry, showers, and large game-social room. The kitchen is very well appointed, and is open to a dining room with 6-person dining room table plus 3 bar stools for eating on penninsula countertop. Fold out sleep sofa is good for children (in addition to queen and twin x2 'real beds.') Condo is fine for children 6yrs or older, not so much for younger. Guests 28 years old, please, or explain why you see yourself as an exception ! No better views in the Rockies nor easier access to hiking trails right beyond our deck and into White River National Forest and to Eagles Nest Wilderness area less half a mile up our road. Nine ski resorts are within 1/4 to 1 hour drive from this condo. Endless variety of four season outdoor activities, critter watching off the deck, shopping, dining, history buffing, and endlessly glorious and changing views.
