The space The property is practical and well laid out over two floors, with spacious living areas and excellent facilities. 1st floor: You enter a vestibule/corridor with hooks for outerwear and a fuse box. Further along the hallway, you will find an exit to the terrace through a balcony door. The bathroom on the ground floor is well equipped, with a double vanity, shower (90 × 90), toilet, cupboard and washing machine. Towels, hand soap and toilet paper are also included for your stay. The bedroom on the ground floor has an 80 cm single bed, as well as a bunk bed with two 75 cm mattresses – perfect for children or a smaller family. In the living room, there is a large and comfortable corner sofa, a coffee table and a TV – a perfect place to relax after a day out. The dining room offers a cosy atmosphere, featuring a wood-burning stove, a heat pump and a large dining table that can seat up to 10 people. Kitchen is fully equipped with all you need for cooking. Guests must provide their own consumables such as baking paper, etc. In the kitchen there is a combined unit (fridge with freezer). 2nd floor: On the first floor, you will find three bedrooms, all with 150-cm double beds, made up for two people per bed. The bathroom on the first floor is equipped with a bathtub, a washbasin and a toilet. There is also a small storage cupboard. Outdoor area: The property has a large terrace with outdoor furniture and a charcoal barbecue – perfect for long summer evenings. The spacious garden is fenced and well equipped for families with children, with a sandpit and gates at both ends. Here, children can play safely while adults relax. NOTE: Sandpit toys must be brought by tenants. Practical information: Beds are made up based on the number of guests registered prior to arrival. An equivalent number of bath towels and hand towels are also provided. If you wish to use the barbecue, you must bring charcoal with you or purchase it locally. This is readily available in shops on Rauland. Firewood is provided for the fireplace inside, enough to light it twice. Guest access Parking: Guests can use the entire car park on the right side of the house (the car park shown in the pictures). Garden: The entire garden and terrace belong to this part of the property and are available for guests. Basement: The basement is locked and cannot be used by guests. Other things to note Key: A one-time code for the code lock will be sent before check-in. Guests can then check in without the owner being present. Bed linen: Bed linen for up to 8 guests is included, if desired. Towels: 1 bath towel and 1 small hand towel are provided per guest (up to 8 people). Toilet paper: Some toilet paper is provided. If more is needed, guests must arrange this themselves. Paper towels: Some paper towels are provided for the kitchen. If more is needed, guests must arrange this themselves. Soap/detergent: Hand soap, washing-up liquid, detergent and fabric softener are included. Note: There is enough firewood for 1-2 fires. Charcoal: Must be purchased by tenants.
