Oasis of calm in the heart of Anchorage

Welcome to our newly remodeled home, in a wonderfully convenient location! There is fast wi-fi and quick access to all the best Anchorage has to offer. We’re mere minutes from downtown yet still serene, and only one block from the Chester Creek Greenbelt, perfect for walking, biking, skiing, and easy connection to local parks as well as the renowned Coastal Trail. There's a large open kitchen and dining area, plus your own sunny front porch, & a grill that overlooks the spacious shared backyard. The space Our house has beds for 9 adults, plus a full-size futon in the living room and an inflatable twin mattress, so you can fit 12 people total. The open floor plan facilitates group cooking and socializing, while having 4 bedrooms helps everyone have their own space. There’s a gas BBQ on the back porch to grill your catch for the day (even if it’s from the local seafood market). Our outdoor seating and table on the front porch allow for al fresco dining throughout the long Alaskan summer days. We’re just a few blocks from a mall that includes local shops, a farmer’s market, a grocery store, and a REI outdoor gear store, plus a food court with surprisingly good local restaurants. Guest access Though the house is a triplex, this unit looks and functions like a single family ranch home. Guests have their own laundry, grill, and front porch, and a large shared yard in the back.
