Enjoy this pet-friendly lake front house with a bastu and direct water access. Walking distance to the train, grocery, sports & playground. Spend your days on the private dock, sun bathing & swimming. Perfectly located for day trips to Östersund (30km) or Åre (70km). After your adventures, rejuvenate in the bastu, charge your EV, and enjoy dinner in the enclosed glass patio. The perfect Nordic retreat for families and nature lovers. The space Made beds, towels, EV charging & departure cleaning are included in the price. The main house comfortably sleeps 6 adults. If you wish to be more than 6 people, this needs to be communicated via a message while booking. We will then ensure that there are extra linen sets and towels. Additional charges will apply for extra guests. 4 Bedrooms: 3 in the main house: 1x180cm, 1x160 & 1 bunk bed 120+90 & 1 bedroom with 1x160 in the separate lakeside stuga. Please note: The stuga is a comfortable sleeping space but does not have running water or a bathroom. Guests staying there have full access to all facilities in the main house just a few steps away. The Kitchen: A large, fully equipped chef's kitchen designed for hosting. Features ample wood counter space for meal prep, a modern induction cooktop built into a social island, an oven, and a dishwasher. Fully stocked with dishes, cookware, a Mocca-Master and Nespresso unit to handle everything from quick breakfasts to large summer dinners. The Bastu & Relax Suite: - Featuring a premium electric dry-steam combination sauna. - Large windows look directly out toward the water and the stuga. - Located at the end of the garage/workshop building with a dedicated guest entrance. - Inside, you’ll find a cozy relaxation area with a changing room and a shower to rinse off during and after your session. EV Charging: Traveling with an electric or hybrid vehicle? We have an EV charger installed on the property—simply plug in and enjoy your stay. Guest access Check-in is completely keyless via a front door smart lock. Your unique keypad entry code will be sent to you automatically before arrival, so you can walk right in and start your vacation. Guests have full access to the entire main house, the lakeside stuga, the bastu/relax suite, and all surrounding green spaces on the property. Please note: - Two small upstairs closets (kattvind) and a utility room in the main house and the separate garage/workshop building are locked and reserved for our personal belongings. - The bastu has its own dedicated entrance on the lake side of the building for guest use. Other things to note If visiting during the colder months, please note that outdoor furniture and certain summer amenities may be stored away for the winter season.
