The space The characteristic attic bedroom, with two beds, is one of the most unique spaces in the house. Intimate and cozy, it is designed as a true “nest”, perfect for both adults and children looking for a private and charming corner. It is accessed via an ingenious foldable staircase, which adds charm and uniqueness to the space. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils. Upon arrival, you will find a welcome breakfast and essential pantry staples. The bathroom features a large shower, comfortable and easily accessible. Upon request, a baby cot, high chair, and baby bathtub are available. Fast WiFi with good coverage both inside the house and in the outdoor areas. You will also find a list of useful contacts and brochures with local activities and experiences. Guest access Guests have access to a laundry room in an adjacent apartment, equipped with a washing machine, sink, iron and ironing board, drying rack, and detergents. In the outdoor courtyard, you will find sun loungers, a hammock, and a dining table with chairs, as well as a BBQ for outdoor cooking. Free WiFi is available, along with a small library featuring Italian and international books, as well as children’s books. Other things to note Useful information for guests with disabilities or reduced mobility: access to the courtyard and the house is via an external staircase with 12 steps, with no ramps or alternative entrances. The house is arranged over multiple levels and includes some small internal level differences, with two steps leading to the bedroom and two steps to the bathroom.
