The master bedroom features a spacious king bed and room darkening shades to ensure a restful night of sleep. The second bedroom is perfect for families or groups, offering two comfortable single beds. Both rooms provide ample clothing storage for your convenience. The living room serves as a shared space for relaxation, equipped with a television and a dedicated laptop friendly workspace for those who need to catch up on work. The kitchen is fully functional and well equipped for preparing meals, featuring a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and a kettle. You will also find a dining table where you can enjoy your home cooked dishes. The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub and shower facilities, stocked with essentials like shampoo, conditioner, and body soap to make your stay effortless. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire two bedroom house during their stay, ensuring complete privacy and comfort for your group. You are welcome to make yourself at home in all areas of the property, including the fully equipped kitchen, the cozy living room, and both private bedrooms. The home features a private entrance for your convenience. Please note that parking is available for guests on the street directly outside the rear of the property. Whether you are relaxing in the living area, preparing meals in the kitchen, or resting in your private bedroom, the entire space is yours to enjoy throughout your visit. Other things to note - NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of £300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. - We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay. LOST KEYS: If keys are lost, a £100 replacement fee is required. At Vacant Nests, we’re dedicated to ensuring our property is protected throughout every guest stay. To provide peace of mind for both owners and guests, we require all guests to either have a £250 fully refundable security deposit hold placed on their account or purchase a £35 one-time Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers up to £500 of accidental damage during the stay.
