Ideal for relaxation, nature walks, biking, fishing, farm tours and a true farm-to-cup experience. This is not a Party House! The space The Arabica Cottage is a charming 1970s farmhouse cottage set within a lush, mature garden, thoughtfully updated to offer modern comfort while preserving its cozy character. Wake up to the gentle sounds of nature and enjoy the calm, spacious feel of farm living in this inviting retreat. The cottage features an open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area that flows onto a covered patio with a garden sofa—perfect for relaxing outdoors. Guests can also enjoy dining or barbecuing in the garden under a shaded table, ideal for leisurely meals surrounded by greenery. The home offers two well-sized bedrooms, each furnished with a king-size bed, along with two bathrooms. A spacious living room with a working fireplace provides a warm and welcoming space to gather, unwind, and spend time together. A housekeeper is available to assist with cleaning and washing up during your stay. The property is self-catered, so guests are encouraged to bring their own food and drinks. A private chef can be arranged in advance at an additional cost. Ideal for families or small groups of friends, Arabica Cottage provides a peaceful and comfortable setting to relax, reconnect, and recharge. Guest access The property has adequate parking space and guests can enjoy guided farm tours where you can visit the coffee plantation, coffee processing factory and avocado orchard. Kindly note that guests who are not on the original booking cannot access the property. Other things to note We have a back up generator in case of power cuts. Please make sure that children are supervised at all times. The housekeeper will not perform child minding duties. At night we have guard dogs on the property, under no circumstances must you leave the fenced house area at night time. In addition, our own friendly dogs are inside the fenced area at night, they may come and say hello! As we are situated in a natural and wild setting, we tend to have a variety of insects and geckos.
