Under a picturesque window

Peace and quiet await guests in this tiny room. It is for a maximum of 2 people. From the window you can see the forest and meadow, and the mountain river will rock you to sleep. I offer books for a good night's sleep. You can order breakfast from our eco-pantry. Lemonade and tea - it is a manufactory based on collected herbs and fruits. We use healthy water straight from our well. The bathroom is large and comfortable. We have fast internet. By the river there is a place for a bonfire, and for rest (deckchairs, bench, hammock). We will store your sports equipment in the garage. The space It's an old house, over 100 years old. It stands between the river and the mountains. It is green and peaceful. The house is wooden inside. The first floor is a space only for guests: rooms, bathroom, arranged kitchenette (fridge, coffee maker, microwave oven, toaster, glasses, plates, cutlery). Guests can count on discretion and peace. We are open to all guests, without prejudice or homophobia. For groups of four, I offer an additional double room. The place is a great starting point for: * Owl Mountains (Wielka and Mała Sowa, Kalenica) * four underground factories from World War II (the so-called Riese Complex) * ski slopes in Rzeczka and in Sokolec * Nowa Ruda and Kłodzko * to Grodno Castle in Zagórze Śląskie * to Lake Bystrzyckie and the dam * to the Jedlinka Palace with a local brewery * to the Rope Park in Jedlina Zdrój (ice rink in winter) * Książ Castle and the Palm House in Wałbrzych *Nearby (5 minutes by car) there is a great SPA in the Jugowice Palace. Guest access A double bedroom, a large bathroom, a hallway, a hall, stairs, a place for a bonfire, a barbecue, a yard with a parking lot, a table with chairs in front of the house, by the river: a hammock, sun loungers and a bench. There is space for sports equipment in the garage. For a group, I also offer a second, larger double room. During your stay We live in this house on the ground floor. We are at the disposal of guests. It is possible to pick up guests at the railway station in Wałbrzych or Świdnica, after prior notification. The cost of the trip is PLN 30. Other things to note We don't walk around the house in shoes. You can order hot meals, but the kitchen is mine. Two cats live with us - that's why we prefer guests without pets. We only smoke cigarettes outside the house. You can order wood and long forks for the campfire from the host. In the garden there is a bench by the river and a table with chairs for summer meals.
