Barn Conversion in the Cotswolds with Hot Tub

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. The Barn is conveniently located close to Banbury just one hour on the train from London, 20 minutes drive from Soho Farmhouse but with far reaching views into the countryside. This is a family home well set up for a multi generational stay with toys, outside activities and plenty of space to be outside enjoying the natural environment. We have a hot tub and a swimming lake alongside a huge garden to play in. The space The property is a barn conversion on the edge of a village but has amazing views of the countryside. Set in 5 acres there are many activities to do for children, we have a paddle board and boat for the swimming lake, we have a huge trampoline and a wooden hot tub on the terrace. There is a slimming frame and slide with swings for smaller children, and garden games such a croquet for all ages. Inside the barn there is a large sitting room with a formal dining area and bar as well as a large open fireplace. There is another separate sitting room equipped with plenty of toys for children and a large TV with Sky connected. The kitchen has a large AGA for cooking and there is a kitchen table for more informal dining. We are equipped with additional high chairs and cots for children. The bedroom layout is 3 bedrooms on the first floor with double beds, and two en suite bathrooms. On the top floor are the two single bedrooms for children. We then have two separate annex buildings that each have a bedroom and a bathroom. Outside we have a huge gas fired BBQ, wood fired pizza oven, fire pit and large dining table outside sofas etc. The house is located close to Banbury only 20 minutes drive to Soho Farm house and many fantastic pubs within a short distance. This is the ideal family house ! Guest access Guests will have access to all areas, this is a family home so it will have our belongings thought out with space for guests to use wardrobes etc.
