The Bothy - luxury one bedroom country cottage

The Bothy is a refurbished one-bedroom cosy cottage with en-suite bathroom set in a peaceful countryside setting. With off road parking for two cars, electric car charging point, countryside views, and situated between Junctions 9 and 10 of the M40 and 4 miles from the A34. Bicester Village and Oxford close by. Ideal for short breaks, accommodation for work or weddings, The Bothy is the perfect place for you to unwind after a busy day or cosy up on a cold evening! The space *Minimum two night stay* (Please note this may vary during high season, we will confirm this at time of enquiry) The Bothy features a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar seating and living area complete with sofa, Smart TV and underfloor heating, perfect for one or two people. There is an external door from the kitchen to your own patio area with an outdoor table and chairs. As well as this there is a communal grass area which is shared with the adjoining cottages. Upstairs you will find a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with underfloor heating and shower. The Bothy is the perfect choice for business or pleasure and will have everything you will need for a relaxing stay. Guest access Guests will have sole access to all parts of The Bothy, as well as a shared access with adjoining cottages to the grassed garden area. Visitors have access to a beautiful walk along a farm track through parkland. Other things to note Please note the stairs in The Bothy are steep and narrow and therefore this property is suitable for adults only. The Bothy is on a working livestock farm.
