Beautiful room, well-equipped kitchen+bathroom in apartment with own access (two-family house). Directly behind the house are fields and orchards, yet it is close to the nearest supermarket. Aglasterhausen is located between Heidelberg (S-Bahn connection) and Heilbronn and is surrounded by smaller towns such as Mosbach, Eberbach, Sinsheim, Bad Wimpfen. Good starting point for excursions. In the village, there are several shops + restaurants. By car about 35 minutes to Heidelberg, about 18 km to the swimming world in Sinsheim. The space Many guests like the natural location of the property. Directly behind the house, wide areas with fields, orchards and forest begin. An extensive network of walking and cycling paths invites you to jog, among other things. At the same time, the nearest supermarket is only 700 meters away. Guest access In addition to the room, the kitchen and bathroom are available. In front of the house is a small terrace with a bench where you can stay. The balcony of the apartment can always be used when the balcony room is free. You are in a separate apartment, with a total of three rooms. At times, the other two rooms are rented, for example to a student who lives with us in phases on individual days. The apartment has high-speed Wi-Fi. To comfortably watch movies, you can use a TV with PC connection cable, DVD player and DVDs. We are also happy to lend them to you. TV is also possible. The kitchen is well equipped (toaster, coffee maker, kettle, oven, stove). There is plenty of crockery and pots to use the dishwasher. The bathroom has two sinks, a shower and a bathtub. During your stay My husband Günter often works from home and is therefore easily accessible for questions. Also, if you need something for the kitchen, please feel free to contact us. The washing machine is in the basement and can be used. After consultation with Günter, you can book breakfast on some days or you can go to the village for breakfast. On Sundays there is brunch in some places. Since we are both trained in bodywork, which is one of our main areas of interest, we are happy to exchange ideas with you on these and other topics (breathing therapy, Open Hands, Jin Shin Jyutsu, meditation, non-violent communication). It is also nice for us to hear about your travels and your areas of interest in general. We are open to contact and at the same time open to people who want to have their freedom and peace. We are happy to respond to what suits you best.
