The space Entrance Hall Walk straight into a beautifully decorated home with a newly tiled floor with access into the living room to the left. The Living Room Equipped with a corner sofa, perfectly positioned to sit back and relax and enjoy a 55" TV on the wall in front of an electric fire. Wooden doors, beams and window shutters give the room a cosy cottage vibe. The Kitchen A generously sized kitchen with a dining table and chairs the central feature, great for group or family dining. Integrated oven, microwave, fridge freezer and induction hob. Washing machine available as well as child-friendly facilities - a high chair, plastic cutlery. Outside/Garden You can access the garden via the bifolding doors in the kitchen or down the side of the property. A low maintenance garden with multiple patios and furniture for outside dining and relaxation. The artificial grass is perfect for all weathers. There is also a lockable shed for bike storage. There is also a bus stop at the end of the road which takes you to both market towns. Situated in the heart of the peaceful and picturesque village of Manton, The Cottage is surrounded by the stunning countryside of Rutland, situated on the south shore of Rutland Water on the cycle route. There are numerous walking trails, the village public house, just a 2-minute walk away and a garden centre/café about a 10-minute walk away. Car parking is on street parking with no restrictions
