The space Fiora welcomes you through automatic farm gates to an architecturally designed, private one acre country retreat in the village of Laggan. Fiora features two beautifully appointed king bedrooms with premium flax and stonewashed cotton linens, a deep sit and soak bath, separate powder room and a fully equipped kitchen and european laundry. Slow mornings on the deck, evenings around the fire and rural views create the perfect place to relax, reconnect and experience country life at a gentle pace. We've taken care of the little things before you arrive. In cooler months, the wood fire will be laid ready to light, your preferred milk chilled in the fridge, complimentary snacks waiting to be enjoyed and bath salts beside the tub. Every space has been thoughtfully designed with carefully selected furnishings, local artwork and quality finishes that feel warm, timeless and connected to the surrounding landscape. You will self check into the property with a gate access code provided before you arrive. Your hosts are just a call or text away should you need anything from local recommendations to any support in operating appliances in Fiora. Other things to note Starlink WIFI is provided. Some guests on the Optus and Vodaphone networks have reported limited coverage in the area - we suggest connecting to the wi-fi on arrival to ensure you are contactable in the event of poor coverage. There is no Free-to-Air TV, however our Smart TV has access to all the general free to air TV apps for catch up or streaming live TV along with with access to streaming services should you hold accounts for these. We can provide a Jenga 3-in-1 portacot for infants. If your booking lists an infant travelling with you we will be in touch to confirm preferred set up and location. When children or infants are listed on a booking, a children's chair, storybooks, puzzles and (very importantly) rubber ducks will be ready and waiting for the little one. We don’t charge a cleaning fee, but we also won’t be sending you a message the night before checkout with a list of cleaning chores! When you check out, we will ask if you could pop any rubbish in the bin before you leave. However, if guests don’t get around to it, that’s okay too, you’re on holiday, after all.
