We’d love to have you! Welcome to our Cozy Studio Room with Private Entrance, King bed and large couch. Kitchen with all cooking essentials. Roku T.V w/ Netflix, Hulu, Prime, and YouTube TV. Outdoor sitting area. Full Bath. The Room is attached to our home and does share a wall with the unit but is completely private. If you require absolute silence this is not the place although we do our best to be respectful - quite hours 11-7am. Street Parking! The space 20 minutes to downtown and within 10 minutes to the Heights with tons of restaurants, shops, nightlife, etc. Self check in - Studio room with Private entrance outfitted with everything you need for a comfortable stay in HTX. King size bed with comfy sheets and pillows. Large comfortable couch. Kitchen with a double stove, microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker and all cooking essentials. Full bath with good towels. Outdoor table and seats for morning coffee. Roku Tv with access to Netflix, Hulu, Prime, YouTube TV. Free Wifi. Ac unit for temperate control. 1 parking spot on driveway (right side) , Street parking also available in the cul de sac Please read *The unit is attached to our home and shares a wall with our space so you will occasionally hear some noise. (Kid talking loud, etc) We do our best to be respectful. Front yard is a shared space with us. Thanks! Guest access Guest have access to the private gate entrance with outdoor table and chairs. The front yard is also available for use.
